Basic vertical stack.
Stall 1: First option is always to see if you can get the disc to the break side while ALSO gaining yards. The way to do that is to throw an Inside Out (IO) throw to the Ace (7). This usually only works if you're on the breakside half of the field (in this picture, it's the left half of the field). If you were on the right half, then the angle to throw that throw is virtually non-existent.
Reset.
Stall 2-3: Your next read is going to be to gain yards. Typically, you start from Deep to Shallow but it all depends on what your cutters are doing. Under throws will usually go to the open space area. Deep throws will either be someone (1 in this case) faking an under cut and then going deep. OR it can be someone in the stack (2,3,4) who cuts deep from the break side (left side of the screen).

Stall 4: Usually around stall 4 (stall 5 at the LATEST), you should be turning and squaring your hips/shoulders to your dump handler (6). Once you make eyes with them, they will start their dump cut. These dump cuts are part of a system that we employ so we all know what each other will be doing.
Squaring your shoulders to the mark (red 5).
Dumpset: So there's several scenarios that happen here. The PRIMARY dumpcut comes from Blue 6. This person is choosing which way they want to go. Either upline or around-dump. Shown in this step is blue 6 going upline.
Reset
Ok so what if blue 6 chooses to go upline, but is covered/not open? Then blue 7 (ace/secondary dump) will make a secondary dump cut that MIRRORS blue 6. Basically whatever blue 6 chooses to do, blue 7 does the opposite. So here, blue 6 goes upline but is not open, so blue 7 goes around dump.
Reset
So, Scenario 2! If blue 6/primary dump chooses to go around-dump. They will usually start by faking upline and then backtracking.
Around dump by blue6. NOTICE: That blue 6 is cutting AWAY from the disc. This opens up more room for an easier throw.
So again, what if blue6 makes that around-dump cut but is covered/not open. Then the handler with the disc (blue5) will look for the secondary dump (blue7) who should be mirroring blue6's cut.
Blue 7 sets up her cut. Shimmy move right here.
