Step by step 12 steps
  1. Step 1

    Disc is pulled.

  2. Step 2

Stack forms in the middle of the field. Catch (C) catches the disc.

  3. Step 3

C throws to hitch (H). Force is flick.

  4. Step 4

1 initiates offense with an in cut and receives the disc on (or within 3-5 yards of) the sideline.

  5. Step 5

Stack pushes to get in front of 1's in cut. Catch pushes upfield to lineup behind the 7. 1 looks upfield for 2 for continue cut. Disc continues to 2.

  6. Step 6

H initiates upline dump cut for viable upline throw. 2 must have 8-10 yards of space to the sideline to qualify as "viable."

  7. Step 7

H can choose to continue upline but will most likely return to the backfield for the dump pass from 2.

  8. Step 8

When the dump pass does NOT go across the back of the stack, then 7 initiates the continue cut.

  9. Step 9

When the disc swings to 7, the fills (F2 - after discussion about who is in the best spot to cut since we are working to keep the stack short and the deep game viable) initiate the break-side offense. H pushes to be the front of the stack (priority for front of stack goes to a handler) and 2 looks for the opportunity to either a) go deep or b) return to the stack.

  10. Step 10

The second fill is the continue cut in. We do not want deep cuts from the back of the stack. There are better places from which our deeps cut can initiate!

  11. Step 11

If there is no one poaching in the endzone, the 2 can strike for a throw from F1.

  12. Step 12

This throw should be to space so 2 can run on to it. GOOOOOOOOOOAAAALLLLLL!
