Opponents pull
Initial setup, horizontal stack and center the disk. #1 is the main handler, #2 is the dump (ALWAYS ON BREAK SIDE). They force flick.
#3 cuts down the field before the play begins, #4 and #5 move towards the open space #3 created. The person moving will always be on the BREAK side.
#3 cuts back to the OPEN side. #5 moves to where #4 was, #4 moves up to where #3 was. #1 has an easy throw to #3. IF the throw isn't there, KEEP CYCLING
#3 can throw to #4 down the line or dump back to #1
#3 dumps
#1 can hit #4 for the safe pass or a long throw to #5. #5 can run deep but needs to cut to the disk if that throw isn't there.
SCENARIO: #1 dumps it to handler #2. The triangle moves in a reverse rotation. Their defence changes force to backhand. The downfield player (#5) always is the one who moves towards the disk. Star cutting here OR RESET like STEP 2.
#3 moves away, creating space for #5 to move into their spot. #4 moves downfield to #5's spot. #2 has an easy throw to #5.
