Offensive Player 0 immediately strikes up-line as soon as the disc is released from their hand. Notice that Defensive Player 0 is getting in front and stopping the up-line. Offensive Player 1 fakes the flick up-line throw

Offensive Player 0 makes a backfield dump cut towards the center of the field. Offensive Player 1 pivots to their backhand and throws the around to space. Defensive player 0 attempts to catch up and set the mark. Offensive player 5 begins their up-line fake, setting up their continuation swing cut. Defensive player 1 is maintaining their position , stopping the up-line.

Offensive Player 5 makes the around swing continuation cut. Offensive Player 0 attempts to throw the swing out to space for player 5 before their mark sets. Defensive player 1 is catching up and attempting to seal. Offensive Player 2 begins their strike cut into the end zone.

Offensive Player 5 throws the disc out to space for Offensive Player 2 before their mark sets. Notice how defensive player 2 sets up to take away the up-line strike for offensive player 6.

Just like on the other side of the field, Offensive Player 5 strikes up-line as soon as they release the disc and Offensive Player 2 fakes the up-line throw. Defensive Player 1 is maintaining the up-line space, forcing player 5 to go backfield.

Offensive Player 2 throws the around to space for Player 5. At the same time, Offensive Player 6 is setting up their swing cut with an up-line fake. Defender 2 is stopping the up-line and forcing player 5 to cut backfield.

End Zone Drill W/ Defender
Normal dump, swing end zone drill with an added defender to pressure the swings. Defender is not going for d's, just focusing on sealing their mark and forcing the thrower to throw around them. Also puts emphasis on the timing of the cutters.
