Step 1

While on the line, red decides who is going to play "cup", "mids", and "deep".

Step 2

Red pulls to blue and sets up the zone. 1,2,3 are in the cup, 4,5,6 are the mids, 7 is deep. Seeing this blue is forced to respond with a zone offense with 5,6 and 7 as "handlers" and 1-4 as poppers.

Step 3

If the cup plays well, 7 will be forced to dump to 6.

Step 4

The cup chases the disc.

Step 5

5 has nothing up field because the the cup is blocking the throw and the mids have the poppers covered. 5 swings back to 6.

Step 6

6 swings to 7

Step 7

7 manages to hit 3 up field

Step 8

The zone re-sets

Step 9

3 dumps back to 7

Step 10

7 swings to 6 but this time the wind catches the disc and results in a turnover. Red is now on offense.
