After choosing who each player will cover, and which way they will "force", red "pulls" to blue.
The blue "cutters" set up a stack while one of the "handlers" (6) picks up the disc. The other "handler" (7) sets up for a "dump". Red "marks up" with their defenders.
5 blue runs a few steps one direction in order to get his defender (5 red) moving.
He then quickly changes direction and "cuts" in in order to create separation between him and his defender. This is all done without stopping. 6 passes to 5.
The stack moves down field and angle away from the disc in order to create space in the "lane"
Blue 4 cuts out.
And then in but his defender stays with him.
5 can't get 4 the disc so 4 has to "clear out"
Blue 2 cuts in.
And then goes deep.
5 can't get him the disc and is running out of time so he dumps to 7 and gets back in the stack
3 goes deep, and out runs his defender to the end zone for a score
