Players start in a box shape, with a mixxing corner.
3 makes a fake cut out
3 cuts back in to the missing corner to catch an O/I flick from 1. As 3 makes this catch, 2 begins their out cut.
3 makes an O/I flick to 2, while one starts their out cut.
1 makes the in cut to receive the O/I throw from 2, while 3 starts their out cut.
3 catches the in cut from 1 and the flow continues as above. The drill should cycle through O/I flick & backhand and then I/O flick and backback, ensuring the throw is always blading into the cutter (requires changing direction of flow)
