side shuffle to the centre

Step 3

accelerate to the side to get the disc

Step 4

side shuffle back to centre

Step 5

accelerate towards the thrower and get the disc

Step 6

throw back the disc to the thrower

Step 7

backpedal to the centre

Step 8

and accelerate towards the thrower again
