Step 1

Set up the two stacks as shown, The reds are the throwing stack and blue is the running stack

Step 2

Throw the disc to the first in the throwing stack. Then do the 'v' cute and receive the disc back from the thrower. note: thrower have to put the disc in front of the runner

Step 3

Throw the disc to the first in the throwing stack. Then do the 'v' cute and receive the disc back from the thrower. note: thrower have to put the disc in front of the runner

Step 4

Repeat the steps above until the disc reaches the last thrower in stack

Step 5

Objective is to make sure runners plant properly and make sharp cuts

Step 6

note: can add in defender so thrower will feel more pressure
