Step 1

Throwers' stack on cone 15 and cutters' stack on cone 16. Pair up with a partner about the same height, skill-level, gender.

Step 2

Objective of the offense is completion (receiver gets disc = score). Defense's job (of cutter) is to block off the cutter's first 2 cutting options. Defence's job (of handler) is no break throws (around, IO).
