Drill be setup with 3 offence handlers and 3 defence. Disc will start at the sidelines and the defence would be forcing in-field. Offence #2 & #3 will align with #1 but slightly compact rather than spread out.
Scenario #1: Offence #2 will go behind Offence #1 to get the easy reset. Offence #3 will replace #2 previous position.
Offence #1 will cut back down to the open to clear from the break. Offence #3 will go for a strike towards the break side. Offence #2 will put the an outside-in backhand into the end zone.
Scenario #2: Offence #2 will go behind to get the reset but this time, defence #2 does not go down and cover. Offence #3 will still go in to replace #2 position
Defence #1 & #2 will call on a switch for their marks. So Defence #1 will now be taking Offence #2 and D #2 will take O #1. Offence #3 will still go for the strike towards to break side. Offence #1 will cut back down towards the open to receive the swing from #2.
Offence #3 will slice back to the open either up field to receive a leading pass or back down to get a swing. Note: (Ensure that the cut isn't lateral)
Scenario #3: Offence #2 will get the reset behind #1 but Defence #2 will be marking tightly to cancel out that dump reset. Offence #3 will go in to replace #2 position.
Offence #2 will pull back and circle slightly towards the open to open up space for #1 to swing to #3.
Once the swing is completed, Offence #1 will go for the give-and-go. If that option is exhausted, Offence #2 will be activated to get the dump from #3.
