Step 1

Handlers (1, 2, 3) and "Rail Handlers" (4, 7) make a U shape. Important that 1 & 3 are 5 yards upfield and off sideline. Poppers (5, 6) are offering quick cup breaking options, 10 yards or so upfield.

Step 2

As the disc moves to the sideline, the handlers off the sideline rotate. Thrower follows his throw, side handler fills to dump, rail handler fills to side.

Step 3

Side handler VERY QUICKLY looks to the three options on screen in order.

Step 4

Assuming no upfield throw, side handler swings it back to middle handler. Other side handler cheats up & in as much as possible!

Step 5

Bro swings it right away!!!!! (Or throws to popper if they're open). #7 switches to the other side as 2 comes over.

Step 6

Handler follows his throw as always. Same thing happens on the other side now!

Step 7

Same shit different side.
