Players line up (7th player removed on both teams). Player 3 throws off the frisbee.
Blue team (offense) sets up the stack. Red team (defense) puts on force, forcing to the left side of the screen. Notice the positions of player 1 (the handler), who is the person who picks up the disc relative to the front of the stack (player 3) and the dump (player 2). The front of the stack should be in front of the handler, about 15 feet away, and slightly on the break side. This makes the force side larger, and easier to cut into. The dump should be on the break side, and slightly behind the handler, about 10-15 feet away.
Player 6 has the first cut (back of the stack cuts first). He taks a few sprinting steps deep. His defender has to follow him.
Player 6 then cuts in, hopefully leaving his defender a few steps behind him. While he does this, the whole stack shifts downfield.
If player 6 is not open, he IMMEDIATELY clears back to the front of the stack, making room for the next player to cut.
Player 5 now cuts out...
And in. He is open, and is thrown the disc.
He catches the disc, the stack shifts up, and either player 1 or 2 becomes the new dump, and the other goes to the front of the stack.
Player 4 makes a cut...
But doesn't get open
He cycles into the stack, next cut goes
And goes, but doesn't get open
Player 3 cycles back into the stack, but by this point the stall is high, and player 5 looks for his dump, player 1.
Player 1 hears player 5 calling for the dump, and starts running behind player 5 for a pass...
Then cuts upfield on the breakside. The disc is thrown, player 1 catches it.
Player 3 can now just spring slightly upfield on the break side (no cut necessary), and get the disc from player 1. The stack shifts up, Player 5 goes to the front of it. Player 1 becomes the dump. If the defense sees this and switches its force, the stack resumes as in step 3. If not, the disc can just be thrown to player 6 after a small break to the break side, for a scored point
