Step 1

INITIAL SET-UP. Everyone in line has a disc. First player in BLUE line lines up at the front cone, while first player in RED line does the same at the front of his line cone. FIRST PLAYER IN RED LINE DOES NOT HAVE DISC; HE IS MAKING THE FIRST CUT.

Step 2

Player makes cut to one of the cones (we'll start with cutting to the forehand side and then switch mid-way through)

Step 3

Thrower should work on a realistic PUMP FAKE to initiate the change of direction for the cutter

Step 4

Cutter catches the disc

Step 5

Cutter will then run with his disc to the back of the opposite line. At the same time, right after the thrower from the blue line throws the disc, he IMMEDIATELY makes a cut for the next thrower in the RED line.
