Team Blue sets up in a vert stack and Team Red applies a force ( forehand in this example.

Blue 3 who is number one in the stack is in a n active pair with Blue 5 who is number 3 in the stack. Blue 3 fakes a couple of steps deep then comes hard under whilst Blue 5 does the opposite

Step 4

Blue 3 sends a huck up to Blue 5 who should have lost his man and be able to chase down the huck for either an easy score or for an easy assist to a supporting team member.
