Three stations. One to simulate a handler on the sideline with a disk. One to simulate a reset cut. Third station simulates a downfield cutter. On start, the handler without the disk makes a cut straight at the disk.
The handler then makes a decision based on the defense's positioning. The preference is always to make the strike cut upline.
Meanwhile the downfield cuttter cuts away from the disk. The cutter then reads what the handler did and cuts force side or break side.
Rotate stations. Thrower becomes cutting handler, cutting handler becomes downfield cutter.
Next rep. Players should alternate being offense or defense.
The reset cut can also be a dump but the thrower needs to lead the handler away from their defender to set up the next throw.
If the throw is a dump, the downfield cutter cuts toward the break side.
