  1. Step 1

    H5 Notices that she needs to swing the disc to the center, but maybe H6's defender has been playing really good defense and it has not been working to swing from this field position. H5 will yell "GO GREEN GO GREEN"

  2. Step 2

    this signals H5 to clear from that center space into the cutter's area

  3. Step 3

    Once H5 is completely cleared out of the area C1 will make the cut to center the disc.

    Disc is centered.

    Everyone moves up the field like normal except for that handler who cut out of the middle(H6)

    that handler will normally be a first look for the cutter to dish the disc to.

    All goes back to normal and Ho Stack rotation begins again. at this point some things to be thinking about: Who is in the butt space? Who will clear and who would be first cut? What should you as the other handlers be doing while this is going on?
