This play is called iso, short for 'isolate'. Number 1 is the endzone player This player is given space alone in the endzone so he can make easy cuts.
Number 2 is the iso This is usually the main player who gives the disc to the player in the endzone for a score.
3,4,5 are handlers. Their job is to get the disc to the iso in a good position. They start by swinging the disc and bringing it up the field.
The handlers will swing the disc until they can get an open pass to the iso.
When open, the disc is passed to the iso. The endzone player can start cutting to get open.
While this is happening, the handlers are always ready to help the iso to reset the disc if needed. Spread out and only 1 of the handlers find space for a dump if needed.
Score when the endzone player breaks free from the defender.
