1. This is a typical play where we are getting forced flick. Triangle cutting is the play, but really it is a boulder cut.
2. Blue 5 cuts out to end zone, and about 5-10 steps into the cut - Blue 5 will need to peek back to handler to see if a huck will come (your cuts all need to be true, and convincing to your check - so he has to stay honest to mark you).
3. If the huck comes, keep striking. Blue 3 and Blue 4 will need to support the disc always assuming Blue 5 will catch it.
Rewind to Step 2
4. If there is no huck either because Blue 5's check is too close to you, or if handler cannot huck, then Blue 5 plants and cuts straight back into the handler for the in-cut. Blue 4 should already be starting the next 'boulder' cut, striking towards the end zone, doing something similar to what Blue 5 was doing.
5. Regardless of whether or not Blue5 gets the disc (in this step we assume he does), Blue 4 should already have started the next 'boulder' triangle cut towards the end zone, like in Step 2. Or if Blue 4 is already in the midst of a cut from the last play, then either clear out of open lane to break side, and let whoever is from break side make a triangle boulder cut, like in Steps 2 and 3.
Rewind to Step 4
6. Lets assume Blue 5 did not get the pass from the in-cut because his check was too tight on him. Then Blue 5 needs to clear BREAK SIDE. If Blue 5 does not clear break side and does another boulder cut down the field directly in line with the handler, this is a straight up and down field cut. This kind of strike pass is especially difficult because the pass will have to come directly over top of Blue5's head, or an outside/in pass. Its a significantly more difficult pass to make. But more importantly, Blue5 will be cutting off Blue4 who is making the next cut in.
7. Blue 4 repeats exactly what was in steps 1, 2, 3, and 4. If the huck comes, Great! - If the huck doesn't come, cut back in for the short 'in' pass.
8. The most cuts that usually will happen is about 2 rounds of cuts, after that, Blue1 will be looking to dump and swing, hopefully to Blue2 who is the other handler. Blue2 should not get in the way of the cuts, and should call out to Blue1 if Red1 is poaching so that Blue1 can receive a free pass
9. So, you're wondering, what does Blue3 do then? Blue3 is also part of the triangle cuts, but not actually part of the triangle. Blue3 is a striker, it doesn't matter if this person is male or female, but it draws out more space in the mid field. Blue3 strikes JUST AFTER either Blue4, or Blue5 strikes (in steps 3 and 5). This would appear to us like there are 2 strikers, but really, Blue 4 or 5 will be cutting back to the handler for an 'in' cut. This gives our handler Blue1 an option to huck, or to throw a short pass up field. Observe the next few steps for the motion of the triangle cuts.
Blue5 cuts out, no huck - cut in towards handler. Blue3 starts striking, out of Blue5's way.
Blue5 cuts back in, no pass - clear break side. Blue3 is 10 steps into striking, no huck - cut back into break side.
Blue4 cuts out. Blue2 other handler is looking for dump - possibly, swing - if there is a pass.
REMEMBER: The only place you're allowed to be standing, is on the break side, starting position. If you find yourself standing near the end zone, you need to cut back in, or if you're standing on the open side, you need to clear to break side. Otherwise you will either be blocking all passes, or just baiting for an interception.
