Disc starts in the open side lane with Blue 1.
2 starts a deep fake from the nearest cone, then comes back under.
As 2 is cutting to make the catch, 3 fakes deep from the middle cone, then comes back under.
As 3 is coming under, 4 sets up a deep cut to the break side from the farthest cone.
As 4 catches the deep throw, Red 1 sets up for a swing.
As the swing is thrown, Red 2 sets up for an in-cut. This is now the same progression, going down the opposite side of the field.
2 catches in-cut, 3 sets up.
3 catches in-cut, 4 sets up deep cut
4 catches deep throw, Blue 5 sets up for swing.
Blue 5 catches swing, and we're back at the starting position. Blue 1 is setting up an in-cut.
Rotation- your next cut is the one you just threw to, so go to the cone where that cut started.
You will run 3 cuts from the end cones, but only 1 from the middle cone, before rotating.
Deep throws should be into space down the force side lane. Distance not critical.
Swing throw is long. Float it for the cutter.
In cuts should be hard and well-angled. Try to be catching/throwing 5-10 yds away from each sideline.
Set up the deep cuts early and well away from the stack/cone.
This can be run with 2 discs- one on each side of the field (given enough players as well- have them start from the same cone, but know which side they're cutting to)
Monitor the speed of each direction if running with 2 discs. It may require a pause after catching the deeps to allow the other side to reach the same point in the progression.
