Set up cones in the shape of an M (cones 15-18 and 16-17 should be about 10 strides apart - distance "should" encourage only short backhand throws) Cone 19 creates the M , is centered between the two lines / sides, and is closer to cones 18 and 17 than the lines (cones 15 & 16)
One person starts with the disc at the top of the M to get it started.
First person cuts to the top of Top cone, where they receive the disc (short backhand/dump)
Initiator Makes a V Cut
Complete's the V
Disc is Dumped as the first person in the next line, approaches the cone
Disc is Dumped, and Initial Cutter (red 1) makes their V- dump cut, initiator (blue 1) clears out around the outside of the drill - not cutting through as pictured). from this point on, i recommend watching one specific player (red 2, for example) as you click through so you can get the general idea of the flow of the drill). Additionally, you can either choose to clear back to initial line, or switch lines so your'e not always making the v cut in the same direction.
Disc is dumped, back to red 1 as the red 2 approaches the cone (so it's catch it dump it, make your v cut, catch it, dump it, clear out)
Red 2 catches the dump as blue 2 makes their v cut, red 1 clears out, blue 3 starts their cut
Red 2 throws the dump, blue 2 catches the dump, blue 3 approaches the cone (again, it's cut to the cone, catch it, dump it, v cut, catch it dump it, rotate out)
