Step by step 10 steps
  1. Step 1

At the pull, three handlers stay back, moving the disc to the middle if the pull lands towards the sidelines. Active pair sets up in front of the middle handler. Inactive pair hugging the sideline on the break side (backhand side), level with or a fraction deeper than the active pair - do not set up too deep!

  4. Step 4

The cutting pattern doesn't matter too much, just as long as the pair understands who is initiating, and the other cutter does the opposite to that. Please communicate with your partner! - If the ISO pair isn't able to provide an upfield option, handlers reset.

  6. Step 6

  7. Step 7

The inactive pair is ready to be the continuation off the ISO pair, by going deep and cutting under.

  8. Step 8

There is room to be creative here and to use the space given. Key points: - The inactive pair must not be tempted to flood the ISO pair's space. Stay wide and go deep when you need to make a continuation cut. - Again, the pair will need to understand who will be initiating. The non-initiator will need to support their partner assuming they get the disc. Or they might score in the end zone! Fun times.
