'Throw and go'/'Square root' dump drill.
(Red is offense). 1 makes cut to the break side...
...and receives the disc.
2 sets up as dump 45 degrees on the open side.
After a couple of stalls, 1 turns to look at his dump...
...for the easy reset.
1 then does the 'square root' cut...
...for the sneaky break...
...or the easy open throw.
1 then throws to 3...
...who breaks the mark back to 1.
1 then 'throws and go's' with 4 as the cutter.
1 receives the disc....
...for the huck.
Reset for other side.
Same steps just opposite.

Rotation: The runner (Red 1) becomes the long cut, 5 goes to become the in-cutter, 4 goes to defend the break-throw, former defender (Blue 3) becomes offense, former offense (Red 3) goes to mark the initial thrower/dump cutter. The former defender here (Blue 2) becomes the thrower where the former thrower (Red 2) now defends the initial cut. Finally, the previous defender (Blue 1) now becomes the runner. All in all everyone rotates in an anti-clockwise direction (roughly) for backhand and clockwise when the mark was forehand.
