Step 1

Start in 3 lines with the discs on the sidelines

Step 2

the middle handler runs towards the upline cut, while the far handler pushes towards the middle of the field and up as well

Step 3

the middle handler then turns back on the same path and is hit with a pass to space (horizontally), the far handler is setting up for the continue

Step 4

the disc swings to the continue, and the first handler has pushed up field, since #2 is out of position to setup the next cut, #1 takes primary and #2 pushes to the secondary spot

Step 5

from here the drill has reset, just with a different theoretical force

Step 6

the new middle sets up the reset cut, and the new far handler sets up the continue

Step 7

make sure you are throwing to space to set up an easy continue

Step 8

wait a few rotations before letting the next group go
