Step 1

Setup for this drill is a breakside around help with a flat mark.

Step 2

When the thrower gives and goes with an upfield cut. the lane stopping defender recognizes the marker is trailing a calls a switch.

Step 3

The lane stopper steps in and hopefully stops the throw but can also just apply the mark and contain,

Step 4

Reset to the other side and run it again from the other side.

Step 5

Force is sideline with the lane stopper covering the around. Thrower Gives and Goes again. Like before the lane stopping defender is trying to stop the throw. But does not give up the containment mark.
