Step 1

intial setup. 1 and 2 are doing footwork on the center positions c1 and c2. 3 got the disc and jells commands: "front", "back", "right", "left", "sides", "run"

Step 2

3 jells "right". 1 and 2 do side steps to the right...

Step 3

... and back to center, footwork

Step 4

3 jells "back". 1 and 2 run backwards...

Step 5

... and back to center, footwork

Step 6

3 jells "sides". 1 and 2 do side step to eigther side...

Step 7

... and to the other side...

Step 8

... and finally return to center position. Footwork.

Step 9

after 3-6 commands 3 jells "run". 1 and 2 start to cut deep. 3 hucks the discs deep and jells UP!

Step 10

1 and 2 both try to catch the disc.
