Disc starting in the middle of the field. The cup is forcing flick (for a righty). The cup is trying to force the next throw to the sideline with #7 handler.
The disc is swung. Falling into the trap.
The cup then moves AS A UNIT to seal the thrower.
The cup moving as a unit traps the disc on the sideline. If their zone offense doesn't crash or move then we bait the thrower into something stupid.
If a handler crashes into the cup, #7,6, & 5 need to scream "MUTHER FUCKING CRASH!" so that the 2 & 3 in the cup can crash on the thrower to prevent the easy dump.
On defense, #7's job is to talk to #4 and say "LEFT LEFT" or "ONE ON YOUR RIGHT" and help him pick up the offense poppers (Blue- #2 & #3)
Defense #4 is the Middle Middle. He is in the middle of the field (width) and in the middle of the zone (length). If #2 cuts in, he picks him up.

If #3 popper cuts in he picks him up. The Middle Middle wants to try and halfway faceguard the poppers but still have an eye on the disc.
Defense: #7 lets NO ONE behind him no matter what.

#7 is as deep as the deepest Offender but lets no one by.
If the disc is somehow swung to the middle, the whole cup needs to SEAL OFF THE SPACE UPFIELD and get the disc back to the other side at all . DO NOT WORRY ABOUT GETTING TO YOUR POSITION THE QUICKEST. SEAL BY CUTTING OFF THE SPACE FIRST THEN GET CLOSER.

After sealing the space upfield,, the cup now can set itself back up.
If the disc is swung back to the sideline, we trap.
Each person in the cup needs to do their job and seal their objective: #1 (mark) in the cup is ABSOLUTELY NO DUMP and will seal the dump as he's approaching the thrower, #2 ("middle" or "crotch" of cup) is ABSOLUTELY NO SKINNY and is sealing the skinny as he's approaching the thrower, #3 ("top" of the cup) is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING UPLINE and is sealing the upline throw before closing in.

RESET to the trap side. Let's talk offense.
WE WANT TO KEEP THE DISC IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD. Our first look is the break through the cup (if we think we have strong throwers, we can also crash through to find holes and try to get the disc to the poppers #3 & #4). If this is not open we then do a short reset to the open side handler. OUR FIRST LOOK IS NOT TO MOVE THE DISC TO THE TRAP SIDE. DO NOT IMMEDIEATELY TAKE THE OPEN LOOK DAMMIT THATS WHAT THEY WANT.
If the #2 shifts over we break them.

RESET. Unfortunately this app is really small so i'm going to exaggerate each position.

On the dump, we need the 3 & 4 poppers to cut into the middle to SPLIT the middle middle and try and get the disc to the middle of the field.

If we get the disc trapped, we crash FORWARD through the cup. The handlers and poppers need to rotate through to alleviate pressure. HANDLER ROTATION ONLY OCCURS AFTER A CRASH

IF THE CRASH CANT GET THE DISC TO THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD AND TO A POPPER THEN HE IMMEDIATELY LOOKS BACK AT HIS DUMP AND WE SWING THE FUCKER AROUND AND PUSH TO THE MIDDLE

In this example, the crash brings the middle of the cup up and the crash can now get the disc to the middle popper.

In this example, the crash brings in the upline thrower and the middle middle is occupied with the other popper. He can now get the disc up field to the middle. The crash is all about using momentum to create a hole and an opportunity to get the disc to a popper.
