Step 1

The disc starts in the middle with the defense forcing flick.

Step 2

The primary cutter on the force side makes an under cut. The primary cutter on the break side cuts out to set up for the next cut. The break side wing begins moving deep.

Step 3

The primary cutter in the under space cuts to the break side, keeping eyes on the handler for the break throw. The primary cutter set up deep now cuts under to get the disc. The break side wing cuts out. The force side wing begins moving deep.

Step 4

The break side wing cuts under to get the disc. The force side wing cuts out. The primary cutter without the disc clears to the break side. All players continue moving down the field.

Step 5

The force side wing makes a cut to get the disc. This can be an under cut or a continuation deep. The primary cutter that just threw the disc clears out to the break side. All players continue moving down the field.
