handler and cutter start at a 45ยบ angle 5m apart
cutter runs vertically upfield, then cuts sharp under (focus on footwork)
1 - as soon as the cutter starts changing direction the handler should release a flat backhand (focus on throwing timing and technique) and immediately run upfield after release; 2 - cutter attacks the disc (no slowing down)
cutter dumps the disc as quickly as possible (should be a backhand) and immediately runs upfield vertically
this is a mirror repetition of the previous steps, handler now throws a flat forehand
repeat as many times as you wish or the field length allows to
I recommend at least 4 cuts; repeat the drill in the opposite direction with both players swapping roles (handler becomes cutter and vice-versa)
