This drill involves three players running a series of dump cuts and swing passes to move the disc up the pitch.
The disc starts with player #1, and player #2 cuts up the line and receives the disc on the sideline
Player #1 then moves to the middle and player #3 moves up the pitch
Player #1 then fakes a cut up the line.
Player #1 then turns and cuts back to the middle receiving the disc in the centre of the field.
They then swing the disc to player #3 and cut up the line,, receiving the disc.
Player #3 moves to the centre and player #2 moves up the pitch and the drill repeats on the other side ...
