Step 1

Three handlers set up with two horizontal to each other and one a few metres in front of the disc. Two cutters set up in the middle of the endzone at the back to leave more space for the weave and to remove their defenders from play.

Step 2

The weave begins with the handler horizontal to the disc (2) cutting up the line while the other (3) cuts across the field. These two simultaneous cuts will give the thrower two options to pass the disc on. Their defenders should be trailing so a leading pass into space would be appropriate.

Step 3

If neither of these first cuts are on two more can be created by (2) cutting across the field and (3) falling back in line with the disc.

Step 4

In this way the weave can reset.

Step 5

When the disc moves, the handlers can from up again.

Step 6

Work the disc up the pitch towards the endzone.
