Three handlers set up horizontally and then preferably the disc is centred. One player (the ISO) moves forward to set up in the middle of the pitch on their own. Last player stands in the endzone.
The handler identifies where the ISO's defender is set up and prepares to break their mark and deliver a throw into the open space around the ISO. The ISO player waits for this throw and makes a thrower-initiated cut to catch the disc.
The ISO player should catch this pass in an advantageous position for a throw into the endzone. The endzone player will wait for the disc to be thrown into open space before moving. A thrower-initiated cut will be more difficult to defend against.
