We are red on defense. Force is flick. Dumps play tight defense, no poaching. Upfield defenders play tight too, no poaching. Upfield defenders should always play even with or under their defender - this forces them deep and doesn't give up easy unders. Only play behind your offender if you feel they are faster, taller, and will score if you don't. Far break side defender shades deep and covers huck looks.
Ho Poach D option: "Ho Po 1" Defender on 3 poaches the lane - this prevents the I/O flick break. The mark seriously takes away the around. 4's defender plays deep deep. We only run this for first 2 throws, then back to normal D.
