vert set up. with handler dump on open side with decent space between the #2 and #1. 20 yards or so. either line up even or back at 20-30 degrees.
open side handler cuts around dump side to get the disc from the thrower. #2 needs to cut to get even with the thrower vertically. only when #2 will receive the disc even with the thrower should the disc be thrown.
immediately after release #1 will cut open side for a quick throw from #2. #2 should only have the disc for 2-3 seconds
immediately after #2 releases the disc he is striking up line. all of these cuts should be open as long as you have decently fast handlers, no poaches are present and the handler d doesn't switch off. spacing for the handler cuts should be close. each of the first 2 throws should only be 10 yards apart roughly. the last strike throw can be a farther leading pass if you have room to do so. easy money. very hard to stop.
