  1. Step 1

    start say at a brick pull. will have everyone set in their proper positions. this set has off handler on the open side of disc.

  2. Step 2

    the first looks can be down field or to handler depending how you want to run things. can change point by point and with what personnel you have on field at the time.

  3. Step 3

    first easy handler movement can be the inside or around break to the "X" in the stack. in this case #3. either lefty backhand, inside flick, or around backhand. If lefty backhand is the look make sure you are the proper distance from the thrower. dont be too far or too close. remember to pivot to make the throw easier. A lot of the time the throw can release the throw to space and just let the "X" go get it.

  4. Step 4

    can #3 can throw an unmarked break up field before his mark catches up to him. Either large gained to the back of the stack or a deep shot to the end zone. Doesn't have to make it in the end zone if too far.
