Step 1

Make a square box with cones. Two equal groups of players at bottom cones. One player at a cone in an opposite corner. Disc is with the opposite group's first player.

Step 2

Player with the disc passes to the player at the next cone. (GIVE)

Step 3

Player that gave the pass moves in a diagonal to the opposite empty corner. (GO)

Step 4

Player with the disc passes to the player at the next cone. (GIVE)

Step 5

Player that gave the pass joins the opposite group. (GO) Player with disc passes to the next cone. (GIVE)

Step 6

Player that gave the pass joins the opposite group. (GO) Player from the other group fills the open space. (The disc has to travel in a U-form and always returns in a U-form).

Step 7

Player with the disc passes back to the previous cone. (GIVE)

Step 8

Player that gave the pass moves in a diagonal to the opposite empty corner. (GO)

Step 9

Player with the disc passes back to the previous cone. (GIVE)

Step 10

Player that gave the pass joins the opposite group. Player with the disc passes to the previous cone.

Step 11

Player that gave the pass joins the opposite group. Player from the other group fills the open space.

Step 12

We're back in starting position and we start all over again...
